Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bigwood Furniture, we believe the delivery experience should be as seamless and high-quality as the furniture itself. From our workshop to your living room, we handle every step with the utmost care.

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Indonesia with a focus on specialized handling for our pieces.

  • Jabodetabek: We are pleased to offer Complimentary White Glove Delivery for all orders within the Jabodetabek area.

  • Outside Jabodetabek: Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the items and your specific location. These rates will be provided during the checkout process or via a custom quote from our logistics team.

2. Lead Times & Scheduling

We offer two types of service depending on the item's availability:

  • Ready-to-Ship: Our in-stock pieces are typically processed and delivered within 7 business days.

  • Made-to-Order: For custom or out-of-stock designs, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for craftsmanship and delivery.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window that fits your schedule.

3. The White Glove Experience

We don’t just "drop and go." Our specialized delivery team provides a full White Glove Service, which includes:

  • Carrying the furniture into your room of choice.

  • Full assembly and professional placement.

  • Removal of all packaging materials and debris.

  • Old Furniture Removal: To make your transition easier, we can remove your old sofa or equivalent furniture piece upon delivery of your new Bigwood item. Please notify us in advance if you require this service.

4. Inspection & Arrival Policy

Because our furniture is built to last, we want to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Immediate Inspection: We require customers to inspect their furniture at the time of arrival while our delivery team is still on-site.

  • Damage Claims: In the rare event that a piece arrives with a defect or damage, please notify the delivery team immediately. Once the delivery receipt is signed and the team has left, we consider the item accepted in good condition.

5. Delivery Preparation

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure that the path to the desired room is clear and that the dimensions of the piece (listed on our product pages) will fit through your doorways, elevators, or stairwells.
